THE ROLE

Our client is a globally renowned luxury group, home to some of the world's most iconic fashion and jewellery brands. Committed to creativity and sustainability, it embodies excellence in the luxury industry.

They are seeking a data-driven and forward-thinking HRIS Analyst to join their fast-paced and dynamic organisation.

DUTIES

  • Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR data within the HRIS.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to address HRIS issues, including escalating technical support requests as needed.
  • Produce dashboards and analytical reports to interpret HR data trends.
  • Assist in managing the complete upgrade/implementation process, covering requirement analysis, user acceptance testing, training, and go-live execution.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in HRIS administration, HR data management, or HR analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in HR, Time & Attendance, and Payroll systems such as Humanforce, iChris, or SAP.
  • Skilled in using data analysis tools and technologies, including Excel and SQL.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
