Sydney CBD - Immediate Start

Full time, temporary for 4 months (extendable)

$35 per hour + Super

Key responsibilities

• Accept all incoming mail from Postman. Separate them & email to receivers.
• Accept deliveries from interstate sites. Enter them into the inbound register & make a run-sheet.
• Accept deliveries from various couriers.
• Enter all the deliveries received throughout the day & enter into the inbound register & notify receiver by email on the day they are received.
• Organize local, interstate & overseas shipments. Email tracking information to requestors & maintain an outbound register.
• Keep mailroom clean and tidy.
• Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client's expectations.
• Liaise with base building management as required.
• Provide summary of all office activities by completing a Facilities report to be submitted to the Facilities manager on a weekly basis.

Requirements

• Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities and vendor management for specialized services is advantageous.
• Understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system) is advantageous.
• Full working rights - candidates should either be Australian citizens or permanent residents of Australia
