ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the 360 Recruitment Consultant will partner closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver comprehensive recruitment services. This role encompasses the full 360 recruitment cycle, including sales, negotiation, advertising, screening, interviewing, assessment, and coordination. You will play a pivotal role in helping client companies build effective teams and work collaboratively with colleagues across all levels of our organisation.
Day to day, you will be:
* Negotiating and gaining a full and comprehensive job brief.
* Conducting a comprehensive database search for all active candidates.
* Preparing effective advertisements and effective screening of candidates through proper assessment and selection process.
* Interviewing candidates utilising Behavioural Description Interviewing (BDI) techniques and assessing them using the appropriate skills or aptitude technologies.
* Reference checking of candidates to ensure the suitability of candidates.
* Providing a follow-up service to the client and candidate after the candidate starts their new position to ensure that the placement has been successful and the completion of the probationary period/guarantee period coverage.
* Ensuring that all documentation is completed accurately and within required time frames including invoicing documentation.
* Collecting outstanding accounts and ensuring the client's awareness of their credit status with Drake.
* Ensuring candidates are well prepared for interviews with Drake clients.
* Ensuring that candidate files are well maintained, up to date and treated with strict confidentiality.
* Telemarketing calls to existing and potential accounts and the implementation of promotional activities.
* Maintaining an acceptable public relations image with our clients, the public and government agencies.

To thrive in this role, you will bring the following qualities:
* A background working in high-volume recruitment campaigns
* Demonstrated ability to screen, secure and keep quality candidates
* A tertiary qualification in Business, Administration, or Sales is advantageous
* Commercial business acumen
* Exceptional customer service and negotiation ability (with both candidates and clients)
* Results orientated
* Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
* Proficiency in advanced computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite
