About the role

We are seeking bright bubbly disability Support Workers to provide person centered support for an individual requiring 2:1 support living in a SIL home in the Sutherland Shire. We are looking for applicants who are available for day and evening shifts and have experience providing support for clients with Acquired Brain Injuries or have experience working with high and complex care clients and / or behaviour management.

Duties:

• Day time and afternoon shift opportunities, 7 days per week
• Medication Administration
• Community Engagement and Social Support
• Domestic Assistance
• Allied Health led therapy program

Requirements:

• Australian Driver's License
• NDIS Workers Screening Check
• Current First Aid & CPR Certification
• Manual Handling Certification
• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent required
• Assist with Medication Certification
• English Fluency - verbal and written
