The role:

We are seeking Disability Support Workers to provide person centered support for an individual requiring 2:1 support living in their family home in the Salisbury area. We are looking for applicants who are available for day and evening shifts and have experience providing support for clients with Acquired Brain Injuries or have experience working with high and complex care clients and / or behaviour management. We are looking for staff who can commit to a minimum of 2-3 shifts a week.

Duties:

• Day time and evening shift opportunities, 7 days per week
• Manual Handling
• Personal Care
• Medication Administration
• Community Engagement and Social Support
• Domestic Assistance
• Allied Health led therapy program

About you:

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent required
• Must be available for shifts Monday through to Sunday
• South Australian Driver's License and reliable car
• NDIS Workers Screening Check
• Current First Aid Certification
• Current CPR Certification
• Manual Handling Certification
• Assist with Medication Certification
