Due to our exceptional growth, we are looking to expand our flex team and bring on board a motivated, productive and customer / candidate orientated consultant to assist with the servicing of existing and new clients. Working within an experienced and supportive team, focusing on clients that trust our process and services, ensuring we deliver every time.

This challenging role requires an individual who has the following to add to the team:

• Previous recruitment experience within the blue & white collar sector would be advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - assisting in developing both internal and external relationships.
• Strong time management and organisational skills - able to work under a pressurised and fast paced environment and multi-task!
• Highly computer literate and ability to learn new systems.
• Team player who is focused on working in a team environment delivering the end result and achieving.
• Leverage your valuable skillset to secure new employer clients in need of staffing and HR services.
• Forge powerful relationships with key decision makers within client accounts, and deliver unrivalled customer service to keep their business moving forward
• Assess any risks at client sites in accordance with the provincial health & safety regulations
• Previous Account Management and/or Business Development experience would be advantageous
