They're expanding their Ingleburn operations and are on the lookout for a switched-on, energetic Forklift & Warehouse Operator to join their team. This is a Monday to Thursday will be 6:30am to 3:00pm and Friday 6:30am to 12:30pm perfect for those who ease in to the weekend.

🛠️ What You'll Be Doing:
This role is a mix of 30% forklift operation and 70% manual handling/labouring - so expect to stay active and hands-on every day:

• Operating high reach forklifts as needed (about 30% of your shift)

• Loading machines with raw materials

• General labouring, machine operation, and process work

• Stacking finished goods onto pallets and wrapping for dispatch

• Manual handling and heavy lifting

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse

✅ What We're Looking For:

• A valid Forklift License with solid experience

• Comfortable with manual handling and physical work

• Previous experience in a warehouse, factory or manufacturing environment

• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team

• Quick learner with a positive, can-do attitude

• Able to work under pressure and stay focused in a fast-paced setting
