The Workshop Controller carries out a range of duties relating to coordinating the workshop, including: - Manage a team of technicians to maximise productivity and profitability within the workshop - Exercise excellent time management skills to balance resource with conflicting priorities - Build effective relationships with workshop staff - Motivate and train workshop staff while maintaining targets and deadlines - Providing high level guest service to the dealerships guests - Demonstrate behaviours that align with company policies, organisational values and The Toyota Way - Contribute to building a positive team spirit Salary $80 - $90K plus company car, super and commission.
