Job Summary:

As a Sneaker Customization Artist & Client Advisor, you will provide personalized hand-drawn artwork on sneakers while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll engage with clients, understand their preferences, and recommend products while upselling customization services and additional styles. This role blends creativity with sales expertise, offering commission and bonuses for top performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hand-draw custom artwork, illustrations, and lettering on sneakers, tailoring designs to customer requests.
• Consult with clients to understand their design vision and offer creative suggestions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring an engaging and memorable shopping experience.
• Upsell sneakers, customization services, and accessories by showcasing unique design possibilities.
• Educate customers about the craftsmanship and exclusivity of our client's sneakers.
• Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all customizations meet high-quality standards.
• Stay updated on design trends and continuously develop artistic techniques.

Requirements:

• Strong artistic skills, especially in freehand drawing, illustration, and painting.
• A passion for fashion, sneakers, and luxury retail.
• Experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus.
• Ability to engage with clients and drive sales through storytelling and personalization.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work precisely on small surfaces.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
