Your New Role

You will be playing a pivotal role in:

• Upholding Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Building effective relationships and collaborating across teams.
• Ensuring product quality meets customer expectations.
• Meeting planned production and delivery schedules.
• Conducting maintenance and improvement of machinery and equipment.
• Implementing process enhancements and engaging in new project work.

What We Look For

• Relevant trade qualification (Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment and hands-on machine operation.
• Strong communication skills, resilience under pressure, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work within a 24/7 operation, embracing shift work.
