We are looking for Aged Care Support Workers that will provide high-quality care, candidates must be Greek-speaking, as this is crucial for the role. The roles will involve providing domestic assistance, personal care, and social support for elderly clients in their homes.

Your key responsibilities

Our team is looking for a dedicated and passionate Aged Care Support Worker who can undertake the following key responsibilities:

• Provide domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal prep) in clients' homes
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene)
• Offer social support and companionship, enhancing clients' quality of life
• Ensure the safety and comfort of clients in their homes
• Medication administration
• Bladder & Bowel Care management

About You

To join the team, we are looking for the following skills and experience:

• Fluency in Greek (essential)
• Previous Aged care experience
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients
• Minimum Cert III in Healthcare or other relevant qualifications
• Current accredited First aid and CPR
• Yellow card/NDIS Screening Card
• Manual handling certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Medication certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Right to live and work within Australia
• NDIS worker screener check

We are also looking for someone with great communication skills, who works well in a team, has a caring and supportive nature.
