On behalf of our client, we are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Order Fulfilment Officer to support the efficient and secure transport of critical blood products. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a vital service while working in a structured and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build shipper boxes following strict guidelines to ensure the secure transport of blood products.
• Ensure all components are assembled to meet quality standards.
• Condition buffer bricks (coolant packs) in fridges and freezers to maintain temperature control during shipping.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of conditioned buffer bricks.
• Receive shipper boxes from hospitals and ensure accurate removal of transport labels.
• Maintain attention to detail to avoid errors during label removal.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong numerical, abstract, and verbal reasoning skills.
• The ability to follow standard procedures and perform routine tasks with accuracy.
• Previous experience in supply chain, warehouse, or distribution operations (desirable).
