Are you a vehicle registration clerk and wanting a career change?

The successful candidate will be responsible to support and assist all personnel within the organisation to ensure timely and accurate data processing of vehicle registrations. This role will directly report to the financial controller, however interaction with staff of all levels will be required. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Processing of new, used and wholesale sales.
  • Receipting and allocation of stock numbers to wholesale vehicle purchases.
  • Complete QLD & NSW Registrations.
  • Bailment of used vehicle inventory on a daily basis or as required.
  • Weekly/Monthly reconciliation of allocated general ledger accounts as required.
  • Provide backup relief for accounts receivable clerk including entry of the bank statement, preparation and reconciliation of daily cash, cheques and eftpos banking for parts, service and vehicle departments.
  • Provide backup relief for stock control including creation of stock units and allocation of stock numbers once vehicles have been released from the manufacturer, processing of all manufacturer vehicle invoices, processing of internal and external vehicle swaps with other dealers.
  • All other administration duties as requested by the Admin Manager from time to time.
