Your key responsibilities.

As a Guest Support Officer, you will play a key role in promoting responsible gaming, supporting guests and employees, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation. You will engage with guests to provide guidance, manage exclusion processes, and maintain a safe environment, while assisting operational teams to improve systems and procedures.

Your key responsibilities will Include:

  • Leading and facilitating the company's Safer Gambling initiatives
  • Identifying signs of gambling-related harm and referring guests to support services
  • Assisting supervisors and managers with employee concerns
  • Reviewing systems and processes to reduce gambling-related risks
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation, company policies, and WHS responsibilities

About you.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy, customer-facing roles, with a proven ability to build productive relationships with guests and colleagues. Availability to work weekends and night shifts is essential.

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in guest relations and Safer Gambling initiatives (preferred, but not essential)
  • Ability to develop productive working relationships with guests and colleagues
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, codes of practice, and company policies (preferred, but not essential)
  • Understanding of Safer Gambling strategies and supporting information
