The Role: Warehouse Manager

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound and outbound
• Lead and support a team to meet daily targets and deadlines
• Step in on the floor to support unloading, picking and dispatch when needed
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and dispatched on time
• Manage stock control and inventory using warehouse systems
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment
• Monitor performance and keep the team productive without constant direction
• Coordinate workflow to keep operations running efficiently

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisor role
• Strong team leadership skills with the ability to keep people accountable
• Hands-on approach - willing to step in and support the team
• Confidence using warehouse systems and inventory tools
• Physically capable of manual handling (up to 20kg)
• Reliable with strong attendance and work ethic
• Forklift licence beneficial but not essential
