Description
* Data entry -Key orders in SAP system
* Take inbound calls and queries from customers
* Follow up e-mail orders
* Process customer queries, allocate payments, rescheduling
* To carry additional related tasks as requested
Profile
The Suitable Candidate Will Possess The Below
* Min 2 years customer service experience, preferably in similar manufacturing environment
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent Alpha numeric data entry speed and accuracy
* Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications - Excel and Word
* SAP knowledge beneficial, not essential
* Strong customer focus
* Organised and excellent time management skills
Job Offer The hours of work will be Monday - Friday rotating once trained - 8.30am - 5pm 7.30am - 4pm.
A generous hourly rate is on offer, roles commence ongoing temporary with the opportunity to go permanent.
