THE ROLE

Our client is looking for a dynamic retail professional to be their high performing Department Manager.

• Lead the concession boutique in providing a sincere client experience, ensuring maximum profitability.
• Achieve and maintain operational excellence through the efficient running of all areas of the concession boutique.
• Commercial awareness, connection to your local client base and partnership with the regional and corporate teams will ensure your teams success.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

• Drive sales targets, analyse business performance, and provide reporting to the Retail Manager & CRM Manager.
• Ensure exceptional client service, drive local client network growth, and assist in client issue resolutions.
• Foster a strong sense of team spirit and lead, coach, and identify training needs for the team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated team leadership and coaching experience.
• Exceptional client service skills and relationship-building capabilities.
• Strong analytical and business acumen to drive sales and propose action plans.
• Proven initiative and a can-do attitude.
• Available to work within a 7-day roster including weekends.
