Specific Accountabilities:

  • Manage the Technician support hotline
  • Manage the customer incoming line
  • Complete outbound confirmation calls
  • Assist Sub-contractor with technical daily enquiries
  • Assist Sub-contractor with daily App and device issues
  • Daily contact with Sub-contractor to ensure technician is working
  • Create and send reports to our Client with updates
  • Ensure all jobs are completed on the day in the correct timeslot
  • Ensure correct notes are entered onto to each job as Sub-contractor call in with enquiries
  • Coordinate the routing of jobs to HTS technicians
  • Build, develop and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders
  • Manage the technician daily availability to ensure coverage in all areas across Australia
  • Work on a roster basis between the hours of 6am to 7pm AEST and 7am to 8pm


Requirements:

  • Excellent phone manner and superior communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Be professional and well presented, with a high level of customer service skills
  • Have the ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative
  • Exceptional time management skills with ability to prioritise and negotiate a course of action including ability to multitask
  • The ability to be active in contributing to on-going continuous improvement processes within the service department
  • Problem solving skills
  • High Level of computer literacy.
  • Attention to detail, with excellent analytical ability
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office suite
  • Ability to act with discretion and treat confidential information appropriately
