Drake Bendigo is currently recruiting for multiple roles at Puckapunyal army base. Vacancies range from casual to full time, with shifts available over breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. Prior experience in a similar environment is highly regarded, however not essential. Permanent positions also available.

Your Duties

• Prepare meals for Bain Marie service
• Work in a satellite kitchen
• Ordering and managing stock
• Responsible for HACCP paperwork

To be successful in this role you will need

• Certificate 3 in cookery (preferred)
• Willingness to undertake a police check
• Experience in high volume catering (preferred)
• Ability to prepare meals for up to 100 people
