Job Description:

  • Answering customer queries via telephone and email
  • Support the Sales team
  • Ensuring pipeline opportunities are managed efficiently including following up on leads
  • Work with managers to create, implement, and monitor sales strategies
  • Advising clients on existing and new products in a showroom on site
  • Processing Sales Orders, setting up new accounts

About you:

  • Must have prior experience in Sales working in the health or medical industry
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong administrative and organisational ability, and attention to detail
  • Flexible approach to work tasks and a desire to learn
  • Advanced skills across Microsoft Office Excel; Intermediate skills in Word and Outlook
