About the Role

We are seeking Casual Disability Support Workers to assist our client with a spinal cord injury during their bedtime routine (9pm-11pm).

You will be working as part of a rotating roster with a supportive and friendly team, ensuring our client receives the highest standard of care each evening.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the bedtime routine and personal care

  • Providing emotional and practical support

  • Manual handling (using appropriate equipment)

  • Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment

  • Promoting independence and dignity at all times


About You

To join our team, you will have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in disability or personal support

  • Manual handling experience (essential)

  • Personal care experience

  • Current First Aid and CPR

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • Manual Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

  • Medication Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

You'll be a great communicator, a team player, and someone who approaches every shift with empathy, professionalism, and reliability.
