We are seeking Casual Disability Support Workers to assist our client with a spinal cord injury during their bedtime routine (9pm-11pm).
You will be working as part of a rotating roster with a supportive and friendly team, ensuring our client receives the highest standard of care each evening.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with the bedtime routine and personal care
Providing emotional and practical support
Manual handling (using appropriate equipment)
Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment
Promoting independence and dignity at all times
To join our team, you will have:
Minimum 2 years' experience in disability or personal support
Manual handling experience (essential)
Personal care experience
Current First Aid and CPR
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Manual Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Medication Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
You'll be a great communicator, a team player, and someone who approaches every shift with empathy, professionalism, and reliability.
