About the role:

You will be part of a team supporting our clients living with a disability in the Campbelltown area. An extensive onboarding program will be provided with buddy shifts to help you with your training and education in the client's care routine.

Your Role

Our team is looking for dedicated and passionate Disability Support Workers and Enrolled Nurses, who can undertake the following key responsibilities

• Manual Handling including transfers
• Personal cares
• Pressure area care and skin integrity support
• Bowel and Bladder Care and Management
• Medication administration
• Mealtime Management
• Social Support and Engagement
• Domestic Assistance and general household tasks
• Blood Sugar Monitoring

About you
To join the team, we are looking for the following skills and experience:

• Certificate III in Individual Support or above (relevant care certificates may also be considered)
• Experience with Acquired Brain Injuries
• Specific Disability / Complex Care experience (minimum 2 years experience)
• Manual handling certificate and experience (essential)
• Current First aid and CPR
• Yellow Card/NDIS Worker's Screening Check
• NDIS Orientation Module
• English Fluency - verbal and written
• Drivers License (Preferred)
