On behalf of our client, we are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Order Fulfilment Officer to support the efficient and secure transport of critical blood products. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a vital service while working in a structured and collaborative environment.

About the Role:

As the Order Fulfillment Officer, you will be responsible for the accurate picking, packing, processing, and distribution of blood components and products to both internal and external customers. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that directly supports the organisation's life-saving mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack orders for blood components and products for distribution to hospitals and healthcare providers.
  • Process product quarantines, recalls, and discards in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Carry out the eradication of blood components according to SOPs, GMP, WHS policies, and work instructions.
  • Perform scheduled cleaning and preventative maintenance of equipment, fridges, freezers, and workspaces.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal departments and external courier and transport providers.
  • Maintain accurate records, data entry, and documentation in accordance with compliance standards.
  • Participate in training programs to support ongoing development and compliance.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts of blood components and products.
  • Contribute to team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to support team and organisational goals.
  • Promote and uphold a strong quality and safety culture.


About You:

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a regulated environment and following detailed procedures.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, or healthcare is highly desirable.
