Sales Representative - NSW

Our client was established over 50 years ago providing high quality finished products, systems and fabrics for Australian and New Zealand customers. Strong customer based and due to growth, they are seeking to bring on a sales and account manager to join the team. This position will have you manage the existing clients as well seeking new customer all over NSW.

On offer competitive $75k + Super + Car + Credit Card + All the tools of the trade.

You will be responsible for;

  • Bringing your exceptional Account and Sales management skills to influence the future growth of the NSW sales region
  • Implementation of key actions to deliver on agreed budgets and exceeding them
  • Seeking to achieve continuous improvement programs, improving service levels, improving financial performance
  • The identification of new prospective clients with whom long-term partnerships can be developed
  • Contribute to the development of new markets, products & customers
  • Working as a key member of the national sales team, contributing to a strong and supportive sales culture.
  • Uphold the Business's Organisational Values and our ACTIVE culture.
  • Be prepared to travel regionally on a regular basis and interstate when required.

 

You will need to have:

  • Proven successful territory management ability to see opportunities for growth
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills an ability to build strong business relationships
  • Strong attitude to learn, grown and improve
  • Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and deadlines
  • Experience in managing a budget and delivering cost savings targets as directed by the business
  • Proven ability to communicate well with peers, consultants and customers
  • Strong technical knowledge of the window furnishing industry preferred but not essential
  • You must have attention to detail and be a problem solver
  • Results focused and a team player
  • Creative and conceptual thinker
  • Willingness to roll the sleeves up and lead from the front
