We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Civil and Structural Design Engineer to drive and support our clients major capital project, the construction of a pioneering green field Plant in Yatala. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking project that promises to revolutionise the industry.

Job Overview:

• Civil and Structural Design Excellence: You'll provide top-notch civil and structural design and drafting services. Your expertise will play a crucial role in designing key components like the cullet plant, batch house, production buildings, warehouse, and site infrastructure.
• Collaborative Project Leadership: Work closely with the Project Management and Engineering teams to ensure all documentation is expertly controlled, managed, and archived.
• Technical Guidance and Support: Offer essential support to the Engineering group, providing drawings and documents that are vital for the success of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design and implementation tasks in Civil and Structural Design for the project.
• Manage 3D scanning and model development, ensuring cutting-edge solutions.
• Coordinate our document management systems, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Offer technical assistance in Civil and Structural Design to enhance the plant operations.
• Maintain and update the Civil and Structural design specifications and standards.
• Uphold our commitment to safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.

Who You Are:

• A seasoned professional with over 10 years in Civil and Structural design, particularly in heavy industrial sectors.
• Proficient in 3D design, with hands-on experience in Civil 3D Modelling and AutoCAD.
• Skilled in PDM management and coordination.
• Familiar with Autodesk Product Suite and document management tools like Vault & SharePoint.
• Holder of a Diploma in Civil and Structural drafting/engineering, and a valid driver's license.
