Your new role:

Drake International Brisbane is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join their Brisbane team. You will be a support to the branch by carrying out various duties. You must enjoy a challenge and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The Opportunity:

• Internal recruitment,
• Support Recruitment consultants including, advertisements, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, undertaking quality checks, coordinating offers of employment, onboarding new employees and closing out jobs.
• Partner with Recruitment consultants to ensure best matches for their job specs.
• Embrace working autonomously within a knowledgeable and supportive team.
• Create and implement talent attraction strategies to ensure top quality candidates for consultants.

Your skills and attributes:

• Experienced in Recruitment, HR /volume recruitment would be a benefit but not a necessity.
• Skilled Computer user - MS Office, Database experience
• Administration skills- great attention to detail, compliance, systems & processes
• Able to problem solve, work to resolve issues
• Display maturity & confidence in own abilities, phone manner and in person
• Motivated with a strong work ethic and determination to succeed
