Drake Medox are currently recruiting for energetic, vibrant support workers with a genuine passion for disability care to work with our new client in Wollongong.

This role entails supporting our male client with a spinal injury live independently as possible in their own home and assisting with reaching their daily goals. You will be required to assist this client with , personal care, bowel care, community access and companionship.

Applicants must be flexible with availability and able to work :

Morning Shifts: 0600-1400

Afternoon Shifts: 1400-2200

Duties:

• Support hours across 24 hours, 7 days per week
• Manual Handling
• Personal Care
• Medication Administration
• Community Engagement and Social Support
• Bowel Care

About you:

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent required
• Must be available for shifts Monday through to Sunday
• South Australian Driver's License and reliable car
• NDIS Workers Screening Check
• Current First Aid Certification
• Current CPR Certification
• Manual Handling Certification
• Assist with Medication Certification
