ABOUT THE ROLE

The key focus of this role includes:

  • Managing the rosters of our clients and liaising with both clients and candidates to ensure that all shifts are filled
  • Fill emergency shifts and be the initial point of contact for anything related to the rosters
  • Equipping and supporting our teams of candidates in field
  • Ensuring a high level of client compliance
  • Approving timesheets/payroll for our workforce.

Drake Medox utilises an innovative dynamic rostering system and CRM system, allowing you to work on other projects and grow within the branch. Every day will be different, and you will be part of a supportive team that strives to make a difference in our client's lives.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone to make this role their own and build a strong relationship with our clients and candidates. If you are a person that is a natural problem solver, enjoys a fast-paced environment and can multi-task with the best of them, then this role could be for you.

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Outstanding customer service and administrative skills with a "can do" attitude with a sense of urgency around tasks
  • Previous experience working in the Disability Sector (desirable)
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
  • Capable of working autonomously and within a team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Advanced computer and phone skills.
