THE ROLE

Our client is seeking an experienced Client Advisor who is ready to take the next step and become an integral member of their high-performing team. They should possess a strong background in delivering personalized client services and creating cherished, exciting customer experiences. Also being able to serve as a role model and lead the sales team to success.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

• Leading by example and achieving sales targets and other KPIs with the team.
• Providing exceptional customer service and fostering client relationships.
• Support store operations and collaborating with the sales team for success.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in retail sales and client relationship management.
• Experience in luxury or premium jewellery brands highly desired.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work within a 7-day roster including weekends.
