Support the management team and representing the brand and image whilst providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Maximize sales targets and help to achieve store targets.
• Provide excellent customer services to clients.
• Handle any enquiries or complaints and provide professional feedback to customers.
• Maintain the visual and merchandise displays in order according to corporate guidelines.
• Participate in stock management.
• Assist the Store-in-charge to prepare retail reports.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 - 2 years of sales experience in fashion retail industry.
• Pleasant, mature, service-oriented and high fashion sense.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly desired - a good command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
