Drake International is looking for experienced and confident - Transport & Logistics Clerks - data entry & Customer Service Specialists

The role:

• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint/query
• Providing information about products, services & pricing
• Timely and accurate response to customer enquiries Responsibilities of the role:
• Answering incoming customer queries via phone and email
• Entering data from daily run sheets
• General administrative duties

Entering information in CRM

To be successful in this role you will have:
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
* Very good data entry skills and attention to detail
* Effective and thorough organisational skills
* Able to work from Monday to Friday

SAP/Salesforce exp beneficial


We are looking for outgoing, skilled candidates who have a positive attitude. You enjoy data entry, customer service & working within a small team in these ongoing roles.
