Our clients have created a global reputation most designers could ever dream of in fashion. They are now seeking well presented, professional and passionate Supervisors/Senior Client Advisors to join their well-established stores. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will play an integral part in day-to-day operations of the boutique, team training, team development and exceeding client expectations.

THE ROLE

The role will assist in managing the daily store operations, manpower planning and arrangement.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

  • The store in-charge to oversee the daily operations of the store.
  • Perform individual sales target as well as monitor and motivate the team to achieve the store target.
  • Assist to evaluate, train and coach the staff in a manner consistent with policies to reflect business strategy and meet sales goals.
  • Maximise opportunities to recruit new customers and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Promote and introduce the brand with professional knowledge.
  • Maintain high standard of store presentation and stock management.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year of retail management experience - preferably in luxury fashion retail.
  • Strong in store operations, sales & service, people management and training experience.
  • Reliable with strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficient in computer literacy and excellent command in English.
