For over 25 years, our client has assisted customers in the civil and survey industries with premium technical support, specialised and customised training services and development of design software solutions built on Autodesk technologies. They employ a team of civil engineers, civil designers, surveyors, and experienced industry professionals to ensure their customers get the best advice, highest quality training and premium support.

HIGHLY DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Customer service or sales experience desired.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships.
- An aptitude for software/tech.
- Adapt quickly to change.
- Passionate about working with customers and finding solutions to make their goals possible.
- Excellent organisation, time management and communication skills.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Highly organised with a high level of accountability.
- The ability to take initiative and think creatively to solve problems. Can you think outside the box?
- Capacity to learn quickly with enthusiasm to learn systems, processes, and vendor products.
- Strong attention to detail.
