Responsibilities of the role:

• Inbound and outbound telephone sales - No Cold Calling involved
• Develop and maintain customer and client relationships
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly KPI's
• Accurate data entry

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Prior experience in a Telesales role
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
• High energy levels and results orientated
• Have resilience and persistence in the face of rejection
• Professional phone manner and strong computer skills
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
