Description

We are seeking a bookkeeper or accounts allrounder who is dedicated and able to work across different areas of the business. You will use your well-developed attention to detail and communication skills and be motivated to complete all required tasks. Ideally a person that has worked in the manufacturing industry would be well regarded.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Processing quotes, purchase orders/creditors
  • Administration of weekly payroll
  • Processing accounts receivable/payable through MYOB
  • Data entry in Microsoft programs.
  • Other Ad-Hoc duties as required.
  • Greeting clients
  • Inbound phone calls and email management.
  • Bank reconciliations - end of month
  • Involvement and awareness of best practice and process improvement
  • Maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Chasing debtors

Job Offer

The hours of work will be Monday - Friday onsite 8.00-4.00pm
