Our client has a thirty year history of supplying fittings, lamps and accessories to a client base of Designers, Architects, Wholesalers, Retailers and Tradespeople across Australia
They are currently recruiting for Outbound Sales Consultant on a full-time basis as they are expanding wholesale team to drive retention and sales growth in Victoria.

About the role

* Outbound sales consultant would be required for expanding wholesale team to drive retention and sales growth in Victoria.
* Reporting to the Divisional Sales Manager, time will be spent working with existing clients & growing new business
* Person will be required to work on site full time
* Passionate delivery of a proven sales script in a natural manner
* Achieve individual sales targets to contribute to the overall team result
* Role would require 70% cold calling and 30% call existing business
* Commission will be offered on exceeding sales targets


The suitable candidate will be

* Presentable and proactive in their approach.
* Highly motivated and can work autonomously.
* Enthusiastic, passionate, and keen aptitude to learn.
* Have demonstrable persuasion, negotiation skills and communication skills.
* Skilled at sales acquisition - outbound calling, lead generation, business development and building rapport with a client base.
* Looking for someone who is results and customer service focused, driven to succeed and develop a career.
