As a Corporate Concierge, you will play a key role in supporting the operational team on the account to deliver services that provide leading edge facilities and workplace services. You will be a vital member of the team connecting internal and external stakeholders together and support engagement, as well as improvement in facilities management and the delivery of client-centric service excellence to end users.

Key responsibilities

  • Support Client/Stakeholders by providing superior customer service to meet both internal and external client expectations.
  • Be the first point of contact and greet visitors to the office and assist with notifying their host.
  • Assist in the management of contractors onsite to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors' works)
  • Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required.
  • Ensure workplace Health & Safety by conducting regular audits to ensure safety procedures are being complied with and assisting in carrying out safety procedures when needed.
  • Coordinate booking of meeting/ training rooms & Assist with catering orders when required.
  • Monitor consumable stock levels and order when required (stationery, groceries, etc.)
  • Ensure cleanliness on site by performing regular inspections and giving direction to the onsite cleaning staff.
  • Escort contractors for scheduled work and issuing visitor passes.
  • Assist in the property risk management program.

Key requirements

  • Extensive experience in property management, hospitality, hotel management or high-end corporate concierge.
  • Strong administrative, communication and problem-solving skills, a proven experience with continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting.
  • Must present a professional and friendly corporate image to clients.
  • Have the ability to stay calm when presented with multiple priorities.
  • Some knowledge of occupational safety requirements will be advantageous.
  • Ability to work well with others to meet targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
