Inventory Officer

This company is an established leader in its industry with high standards around policy and procedure and is currently seeking an Inventory Officer to join its team on a 6 month contract (with view to permanent) based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. Through communication, awareness and support this role is critical to ensuring the overall success of the business.

Key competencies and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Monitor & maintain current inventory levels
• Processes purchasing orders
• Track orders and investigation
• Stock purchases
• Maintain database and reconcile of stock
• Generate weekly/monthly reports

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Highly organised and able to prioritise duties and tasks
• Able to work autonomously
• Friendly approach
• Great communication skills both verbal and written
